How we handle your information.

Bright Minds Learning is a small Treasure Valley science cohort run by Leslie Nichols. The whole operation is one instructor and a small handful of families per cohort, and our information practices reflect that: we collect what we need to enroll your student and run the program, we don’t share it with third parties for marketing, and we delete it on request.

Where it lives

Signup form submissions are stored in a private Microsoft Azure storage account controlled by Bright Minds Learning. Email correspondence lives in our brightmindslearninglabs@outlook.com mailbox. Both are protected by standard account security (strong passwords, multi-factor authentication).

We retain enrollment information for the duration of the cohort plus a reasonable period afterward (typically 2 years) so we can write transcripts, letters of recommendation, and answer follow-up questions. You can request earlier deletion — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

Email brightmindslearninglabs@outlook.com with your request and we’ll respond within a few business days.

Children’s privacy (under 13)

The signup form is intended for parents and guardians, not children. Information about students under 13 is collected from a parent or guardian, used only for operating the cohort, and never used for advertising. We comply with COPPA in spirit and in practice.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t set marketing or advertising cookies. The CDN-hosted CSS and font services we use (Tailwind, Google Fonts) may set technical cookies; we don’t run third-party trackers, ad pixels, or remarketing scripts.
